This easy dessert is made with homemade marshmallow fluff and tart. Tart is made from bread crumbs and brown rice flour.
Cooking Instructions

Place water, sugar, and corn syrup in a medium, heavy bottomed saucepan.

Over low heat stir to combine and let the sugar dissolve.

Remove your sugar mix from the heat once you reach 120°C temperature.

Turn on your mixer to medium speed and whip the egg whites with vinegar to soft peaks.

Turn mixer to medium and carefully pour the sugar syrup into the whites.

Once the syrup is in, set mixer to medium and continue whip for 6-8 minutes, or until the mixture is thick and glossy. Now add vanilla and whip until the fluff has cooled.

For tart, grind bread in a mixer and add brown rice flour in bread crumbs.

Add melted butter and sugar powder and mix well. Add some milk and knead a dough.

Divide the dough into 2 parts and place in 2 small greased bowl.
Transfer into oven and bake for 20 minutes on 180°C. - 10
Pour prepared marshmallow fluff into baked tart and bake again for 10 minutes on 180°C.

Remove tart carefully from bowl, sprinkle tutti frutti and serve.
