Ingredients

30 minutes
  1. 250 gmMilk kova
  2. 50 gmMaida
  3. For Sugar syrup
  4. 500 gmSugar
  5. 250 mlWater
  6. 4Cardamom
  7. 1/2 juiceLemon
  8. Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl add milk kova and maida mix well and make a soft dough. Take a portion and make a ball equal size.

    In a kadai add sugar and water make a sugar syrup and then add cardamom and lime juice.

  3. 3

    Heat oil add the jamun cook till golden in colour in slow flame. And then add into the sugar syrup.
