  1. 1 cupRice
  2. 1 cupmoong daal
  3. 3 tblsp ghee
  4. 1/2 tblsp black pepper
  5. 1/2 tspJeera
  6. 2 tblsp splited cashew
  7. Few curry leaves
  8. 2green chillies slited
  9. 1 pinchasafoetida
  10. Salt

Cooking Instructions

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash rice and daal properly. Add water and salt. Close the cooker lid and give 3-4 whistles. In a pan, add ghee.

    Add pepper and jeera. Add cashews.

  3. 3

    Add curry leaves and green chillies. Add daal-rice mix. Mix it well. Serve with lots of love ❤️
