Cooking Instructions

Keep a cook add Moong Dal raw rice salt turmeric powder,water 4 cups and close the cooker.once it's cooked nicely switch off the stove.

After sometime open the cooked nicely smash the pongal

In a small pan add ghee,then add jeera cashue whole pepper curry leaves switch off and pour this ven pongal and mix well.

Serve hot with sambar and coconut chutney.This is one of the South Indian s yummy breakfast.
