Ingredients

  1. 1.5 litrefull fat Milk to make paneer
  2. 2-3 teasplemon juice
  3. 1 cuphomemade condensed milk
  4. 3teasp Kesar milk prepare
  5. Sugar to taste
  6. Chopped pistachios to garnish
  7. 2cardamom pods - seeds crushed

Cooking Instructions

    First make paneer from milk curdling it with lemon juice. Cool and wash it with cold water properly.

    Take homemade condensed milk in a vessel and add 2 teasp kesar milk and crushed cardamom seeds.

    Add paneer to it. Mix and cook by stirring it continuously on low flame till it become Slightly thick.

    Add sugar as needed. Again stir and cook till leaves the side of the pan.

    Pour and spread this into a tray greased with a little ghee. Sprinkle remaining kesar milk over it.

    Cool it down and refrigerate for at least an hour.

    Cut into desired sizes and shapes.

    Garnish with chopped pistachios, kesar strands and rose petals.

  9. 9

    It's ready. Serve as a sweet dish.
