I fell in love with the taste of sautéed myoga from Hyacinth's recipe. I thought of making grilled udon with a simple seasoning and couldn't wait to try it for the past few days. As expected, it was delicious.

Ingredients

Serves 3 servings
  1. 2 packscooked udon noodles
  2. 3.5 oz (100 g)ground pork
  3. 3-5myoga
  4. 1 tablespoonsesame oil
  5. 2 tablespoonssoba sauce (noodle sauce)
  6. Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions

    Slice the myoga in half lengthwise, then cut into thin strips. Rinse the udon noodles quickly with water, spread them on a plate, and heat in the microwave.

    Add the ground pork to a frying pan without oil and cook until crumbly and the fat starts to render. Add the myoga and sauté briefly, then add the udon noodles.

    Drizzle with sesame oil and stir-fry until fragrant. Once hot, add the soba sauce and mix well. Adjust the taste with salt and pepper.
