Simple and savoury soup made with some chicory and leftovers
Cooking Instructions

Cut the chicory into rather small pieces you can leave the stem in. Do the same with the aplle and the garlic
- 2
Heat the butter and sweat all the ingredients. Cover with the water and put in stockcubes
- 3
Cook for about 25 min. Mix
- 4
Meanwhile cut the bread into rather big shunks and bake in oil or butter
- 5
Serve
