Cooking Instructions

First take chopped methi leaves and coriander. Now wash it and put in big bowl add both flour also add spices masala, oil,cooking soda, lemon juice and make small round balls,and fry it in hot oil.

Fry it in low to medium flame until it turns golden brown in color

Now chopped potatoes and Brinjal fry till half cook.

Green peas boiled in water.
Now put oil in pan let it hot add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, asofoetida,green chilli paste, grated tomato cook few minutes also add fry vegetables mix well. Add chilli powder, turmeric, coriander powder, salt, 1 bowl water boil for 5 minutes. - 5
Now in Undhiya add Dhokli boil for 5 minutes.
Delicious and tasty UNDHIYU Served with
Chapdi. Enjoy with salad
buttermilk.
