  9. 1 spoonsalt
  10. 2 spoonred chili powder
  11. /2 spoon 1turmeric powder
  12. 1 spooncumin coriander powder
  13. 1 tspasafoetida
  14. 1 tea spooncooking soda
  15. 1 table spoonoil
  16. 1/2 kg.oil for fry
  17. Vegetable ingredients 👇
  18. 3potato
  19. 5baby Brinjal
  20. 2tomato
  21. 1 bowlgreen peas
  22. 2chilli
  23. 1 table spoongreen garlic
  24. 1 spoongaram masala
  25. 1 spoon lemon juice
  26. 2 table spoonred chili powder
  27. 2 table spooncoriander powder
  28. 1 tea spoonturmeric powder
  29. 1 spooncumin seeds
  30. 1 spoonmustard seeds
  31. 1/2 spoonasofoetida
  32. 3 table spoonoil

Cooking Instructions

    First take chopped methi leaves and coriander. Now wash it and put in big bowl add both flour also add spices masala, oil,cooking soda, lemon juice and make small round balls,and fry it in hot oil.

    Fry it in low to medium flame until it turns golden brown in color

    Now chopped potatoes and Brinjal fry till half cook.

    Green peas boiled in water.
    Now put oil in pan let it hot add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, asofoetida,green chilli paste, grated tomato cook few minutes also add fry vegetables mix well. Add chilli powder, turmeric, coriander powder, salt, 1 bowl water boil for 5 minutes.

    Now in Undhiya add Dhokli boil for 5 minutes.
    Delicious and tasty UNDHIYU Served with
    Chapdi. Enjoy with salad
    buttermilk.
