Maize flour roti is my all time favourite..
Gluten free and it goes with the sarson dain saga.
But today I made roti with colliflower subji.
Also I added finely chopped coriander and Chilli to make taste better.

Ingredients

25 minutes
2 serves
  1. 1 BowlWhite Maize Flour
  2. 1/2 tspsalt
  3. 2 tbspfinely chopped fresh coriander
  4. 2finely chopped green chillies
  5. 3dollops of homemade White butter
  6. 1 bowlfull of colly flower potato curry
  7. Jaggery cubes as required

Cooking Instructions

25 minutes
  1. 1

    Take a bowl full of maize flour in the thali.
    Add salt,fresh coriander and chopped green chillies.
    Mix well.
    Now add required water and knead a soft dough.
    Make Equal portion.

    Heat the clay tawa.
    Take one portion of the dough and spread on a cloth with the help of a little water and flatten it.
    Transfer on clay tawa.

  3. 3

    Roast on both sides.
    Press a little on the corners to puffs well.
    Remove from the tawa.
    Make all rotla..

  4. 4

    Serving Time..
    Serve in a dish together with colliflower subji, white butter and Jaggery cubes..
    Enjoy..
