Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsmatki beans sprouts
  2. 3medium size potato boiled and mashed
  3. 3 green chillies,
  4. 5 cloves garlic
  5. handful coriander leaves paste together
  6. Oil
  7. Sorghum flour as required
  8. Salt

Cooking Instructions

    In a mixer jar add matki sprouts and grind coarsely.

  2. 2

    In a mixing bowl add this, chilli garlic paste, salt, boiled and mashed potatoes,as required sorghum flour.Mix well.

  3. 3

    Heat a pan add oil.Make tikkis from mixture.Cook from both sides till brown and Serve hot with tomato sauce.
