Paneer halwa (kalakand)
Cooking Instructions

Take a vessel add paneer (crumbled) than add all other ingredients except almonds.

Keep it on a very low gas and cook stir it continusly till it becomes very thick.

Grease the tray with ghee add this cooked mixture to it and decorate it with almonds(boiled in water and remove it's cover, cut into half)keep it in freeze so that later on you can cut into any shapes you want and enjoy.
