Leftover khichdi thalipeeth with semolina

Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlleftover khichdi
  2. 2 table spoonsemolina
  3. 2 table spoon rice flour
  4. Handful of coriander leaves chopped
  5. Salt, turmeric powder, chilli powder
  6. 3 green chillies chopped
  7. Oil as per requirement

Cooking Instructions

    In a mixing bowl add khichdi,salt,rice flour, semolina, coriander leaves, chilli pieces, turmeric powder, chilli powder.Mix well by hands.

    Knead a soft dough.keep aside.

  3. 3

    In a rolling board spread wet cloth.Take a lemon size ball of dough and flatten by hands. Make hole in the middle.

    Heat a griddle add oil and flatten thalipeeth.Cook till golden brown and crispy from both sides.Add more oil if required.

    Serve hot with mint chutney.
