Ingredients

  1. 2 bowlsSabudana (sago)
  2. 2green chillies, finely chopped
  3. 2 tspsugar
  4. 3/4 th - 1 tsp salt or as per taste
  5. 1 tspJeera seeds
  6. fewCurry leaves (kadipatta)
  7. 1 tbspCurd
  8. 1Potato (optional)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Soak sabudana overnight in water at the height of sago. The sago absorbs the water and swells. Add 2 tsp sugar and 1 tsp of Salt (or as per taste).

    Heat oil in a Kadhai. Meanwhile chop green chillies. Potato optional.

  3. 3

    When oil is hot, add jeera seeds, curry leaves and stir well.

  4. 4

    Add peanuts and mix well

  5. 5

    Add the fluffy sago and mix well.

  6. 6

    Add 1 tbsp curd and mix well.

  7. 7

    Let it cook till the sago is slightly transparent and serve hot.
