Vermicelli with Sausage and Egg

Ingredients

  1. 1 CupVermicelli
  2. 3 CupWater
  3. 2 TablespoonOlive oil
  4. Maggi cubes 1
  5. 2Sausages
  6. To TasteSalt
  7. 2Poached eggs

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a saucepan, boil water, add vermicelli, cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Drain.

    In a skillet, heat oil, add sausages, saute for 2 minutes. Add the crushed maggi cube and mix.

  3. 3

    Add in the vermicelli and salt, cook stirring until heated through.

  4. 4

    Serve with poached eggs and your choice of breakfast beverage.
