A one-pot dish loaded with goodness from the vegetables and fibre from the wheat rava. Perfect for breakfast and dinner and can be served as it is or with a chutney. It came as a pleasant surprise to me when my 4 year old asked for a second serving! Blessed to have a daughter who loves upma :-)
Samba rava is fine ground wheat rava and easily available in most supermarkets. It's also called bansi rava.
