Ingredients

  1. 4Beet medium size – Roots
  2. 16 ozPomegranate seeds Or . 2 cups
  3. 16 ozmandarin orange (Canned or Fresh).
  4. ¼ cupcilantro chopped of .
  5. Salt · as per taste
  6. Black pepper · as per taste .
  7. 1 cupYogurt of thick .
  8. · 1 tspolive oil . of

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    · Peel beet roots and cut in to chunks.

  2. 2

    · Put chunks of beet root in a pan with pinch of salt and ¼ cup of water.

  3. 3

    · Turn the stove on and put Pan on medium heat.

  4. 4

    · Let it cook for 10 minutes till softens.

  5. 5

    · Let it cool

  6. 6

    · Put olive oil and mix

  7. 7

    · In a platter, put first layer of beet root chunks

  8. 8

    · Sprinkle with salt & pepper

  9. 9

    · 2nd layer of Pomegranate seeds.

  10. 10

    · Sprinkle with salt & pepper again

  11. 11

    · 3rd layer of thick Yogurt, Sprinkle salt & pepper

  12. 12

    · 4th layer with mandarin orange

  13. 13

    · 5th & final layer with chopped Cilantro

  14. 14

    Your healthy salad is ready.
