Cooking Instructions

Place 3/4 of the flour in a sufuria, add the boiled and peeled butternut,cinammon and sugar.

Add cooking oil and water mixed with salt and start kneading

Knead until the dough becomes tough and does not stick to the hands then cover with a foil and set aside for 10minutes

Place the dough on a flat and roll it until flat and spread on oil on it
- 5
Cut it into strips and roll the them to form round balls and set aside.

Start rolling the balls into flat shapes and place on the hot pan
- 7
Spread on the chapati on both sides and as it cooks and when it starts turning brown on both sides remove and place another one until you finish then serve.

But by adding more water, kneading the dough well, and letting it rest, I was able to make tender and delicious ones.The amount of water indicated is a guideline only.
