With water and eggs in a pot, Bring to a boil then simmer down for 10 minutes.., in running cold water to peel its shelll and set aside

With oil pan Fry the garlic, star anise, clove, cinnamon stick with the pork belly for few minutes till it's all brown on all side then add water

Season it with light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster then put on high in a pressure cooker for 20 minutes

Once it's cooked add in the Thai Chili sauce, Chickpea and cooked hard boiled eggs and simmer for few minutes then enjoy with white rice
