  4. 1/2red bell pepper, chopped
  5. 1 canwhite baby potatoes
  6. 1 cuplentils, cooked
  7. 1 cuptofu, cubed
  8. 1onion, chopped
  9. 6 tbspgarlic, minced
  10. 1lemon, juiced
  11. 1 pinchsalt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions

    Place all ingredients listed to cook for 10-15 minutes or until heated through.

Sounds great!! I'm going to forego the lentils and parsnips but will try this for sure!!
