Ingredients

  • 1egg
  • 1salted egg
  • 1century egg
  • 5 pcsslices of ginger
  • Slicesgarlic
  • Wolfberries

Steps

  1. 1

    Add water in a pot, let it boil.

  2. 2

    Then drop garlic and ginger. Then add century and salted egg. Let it boil until the egg yolks are cooked.

  3. 3

    Next drop in the spinach and wolf berries.

  4. 4

    When almost done, drop one egg simmer it.

  5. 5

    Then serve
