Cooking Instructions

Wash the eggs. I used organic free range duck eggs. If you do, fill sink with cold water and if the eggs float throw them away.
- 2
Break each egg in a bowl separately to make sure they are good no spots of blood
- 3
Take the casings off the sausage. Slice and add to broth. Boiling for 20 minutes.
- 4
Stir the broth beat the eggs and pour the eggs into the broth as the broth is rotating in the pot.
- 5
When all the eggs are done serve I hope you enjoy!

Egg Drop Soup Egg Drop Soup
My dad spent a long time in Vietnam while in the military and absolutely loved the people and their food. When I would be home from school sick he would come home at lunch and make me egg drop soup. I can still see him in his green fatigues standing at the stove. Oh how I miss him. I pour my eggs a little faster because I like the chunks lol SherryRandall: The Leftover Chronicles -
