Ingredients

8 servings
  1. 1/2 poundyour favorite pasta I used corkscrew pasta
  2. To tastesalt
  3. 15 ouncecan creamed corn
  4. 1 poundground beef
  5. 1/2 cupdiced red bell pepper
  6. 1/2 cupdiced onions
  7. As neededwater
  8. 1 tablespoonsalt
  9. 2 tablespoonsextra Virgin olive oil
  10. 1 teaspoongranulated garlic powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Add water and tablespoon of salt with the olive oil to a pot and boil. Brown the beef with the onions and peppers.

    Drain the meat mixture and then add salt and garlic.

    Add creamed corn.

    Mix the corn and meat mixture.

    When the pasta is done add to the mixture and stir well.
