Ingredients

2 persons
  1. 50 gmscubed paneer
  2. 1/4 cupboiled american corn kernels
  3. 1 tbspkasundi paste
  4. 1 tsptomato Chilli sauce
  5. 1 tsporegano
  6. 1/2 tspChilli flakes
  7. 1 tsplime juice
  8. Pinchsalt, as sauces already has salt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Put paneer cubes and corn kernels in a mixing bowl

  2. 2

    In another mixing bowl put together tomato Chilli sauce, oregano, Chilli flakes, salt, kasundi paste and lime juice

  3. 3

    Mix all the ingredients of the dressing nicely

  4. 4

    Add the dressing to the paneer and corn bowl and mix separately to paneer and corn nicely so that it coats each and every piece

  5. 5

    Now arrange the coated paneer and corn in a serving plate, separately, garnish with a tomato lotus

  6. 6

    Serve chilled or in room temperature

  7. 7

    If you like you can mix the paneer and corn together also and enjoy it
