Cooking Instructions

In a mixing bowl take wheat flour, ragi flour, jowar flour, rice flour and besan. Add salt to taste and mix

Adding some water, knead a semi soft dough and keep covered aside for some time

After a while, Knead the dough again, take a tennis ball size dough, dusting with some dry flour, roll out a chapati..heat a pan, cook the chapati from both sides

And then dry roast directly on heat / gas.. just like we do for Phulka

Apply some ghee and serve hot immediately with Moong Sprouts usal / sabji and raita.. it's just Healthily Yum
