Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 2 cup- Multi Grain Flour
  2. (Jwar, Bajra, Rajgir, Soya,Ragi, Kala Chana,Wheat)
  3. 1/4 tbsp Ghee
  4. Salt as per taste
  5. Water as per requirements
  6. For Bottle Guard Curry
  7. 1-1/2 cup Chopped Bottle Guard
  8. 1 cup Tomato Puree
  9. 7-8 Garlic
  10. 1 tbsp- Cumin Seed
  11. 1 tbsp Fennel Seed
  12. 1 tbsp Onion Seed
  13. 7-8 Curry Leaves
  14. 1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
  15. 1 tbsp Turmeric Powder
  16. 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
  17. 1 tbspCumin Powder
  18. 1 tbsp Chat Masala
  19. to tasteSalt
  20. 2 tbspoil

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl take flour, and Knead it. Keep it 10 min aside.

    Now heat the oil in a pan, add cumin and fannel seed.

  3. 3

    As as seeds started crackling, add crushed garlic.

  4. 4

    Cook garlic till golden brown, and tomato puree.

  5. 5

    Cook it, 2- 3 min, then add chopped bottle guard, and cook 4- 5 min. Cover it.

    Now add all species, salt and mix it. Add little water and cook till soften the bottle guard.

    Bottle guard curry is ready. Mean while mash the dough, and make balls

  8. 8

    Now roll the dough ball, on board with the help of rolling pin. Make chapati.

    Heat the pan and cook both the side of chapati. Apply ghee.
