Sublime! Beef Tendon Curry that Anyone can Make in a Pressure Cooker Sublime! Beef Tendon Curry that Anyone can Make in a Pressure Cooker
This is a beef curry that I perfected through trial and error. There were a lot of ups and downs. This is a recipe I have come to after several years. It is times like this that I really think pressure cookers sure are convenient. The potatoes are added in later, so they will not fall apart. Let's eat them up while pleasantly hot and big .As for prepping the beef tendons: boil once⇒cook in a pressure cooker⇒ cook in a pressure cooker (with the onions etc.), but it is easier to make in a pressure cooker as opposed to making it in a normal pot.You can make this without raisins. Use the leftovers the next day. For 4 people (with enough for the next day). Recipe by Erinyanta cookpad.japan -

Angoori kofta curry Angoori kofta curry
#Swadkasangam#mysteryweekThese shallow fried koftas prepared with the mixture of bottle guard, paneer and spinach, served with creamy and rich gravy.Because it is not deep fried, it maintains it's greenish colour which is why it is also called angoori kofta curry.I had seen this recipe on a TV channel. It was a dish of early Royals kitchen. Even though this recipe requires very few ingredients and cooking time how ever in today's time it is very rare to see this dish being prepared any where.I believe this is the reason why this dish is considered as a lost recipes.
