Ingredients

  1. 1 cupmethi leaves
  2. 1 cupwheat flour
  3. 1/2 cupragi flour
  4. 1/2 cupbesan
  5. Salt to taste
  6. 1 tspcumin seeds
  7. 1 tspcoriander seeds
  8. 2chopped green chilli
  9. 1chopped onion
  10. 1 tspcoriander leaves
  11. 2 tbsp clarified butter for kneading the dough
  12. Clarified butter

Cooking Instructions

30 mins
  1. 1

    Divide the dough into equal size balls.
    Flatten the balls into thick round paratha.
    Roll like paratha and place the paratha over the hot tawa,as soon as look like brown.
    Applying oil on both sides.

    Take off the pan and serve hot.
