Ingredients

15-20 minutes
3-4 servings
  1. 2 cupswheat flour
  2. 1tblsp maize flour
  3. 1/2tblsp ragi/finger millet flour
  4. 1/2tblsp gram flour
  5. 1/2tblsp oats flour
  6. 2teasp flaxseed ground
  7. 1/2tblsp pearl millet/Bajra flour
  8. 1/2tblsp foxtail millet/kangani flour
  9. 1/2tblsp jowar/sorghum millet flour
  10. 1/2tblsp barley/Jau flour
  11. 2teasp ground roasted fenugreek seeds
  12. 1tblsp moong/urad dal flour optional
  13. 1teasp carom seeds
  14. 1teasp fennel seeds optional
  15. 1/4tblsp soybean flour
  16. 1 pinchsalt
  17. As neededlukewarm water for kneading the dough

Cooking Instructions

15-20 minutes
  1. 1

    First of all mix all the flours with other ingredients in required quantity and knead the dough by adding little by little lukewarm water.

    Allow it to set for a few minutes.

    Take a portion, make a ball, dust with some flour and roll into circles/roti.

  4. 4

    Cook it on a preheated tawa. Flip and cook it from another side.

  5. 5

    It's ready. Serve with dal/curry/ghee and jaggery.
