Ingredients

  1. 300 grams .Multi millets Atta
  2. as per taste.salt
  3. 1/4 cup .hot water
  4. as needed .refined oil
  5. 150to200 grams.ragi noodles
  6. As needed.soup powder
  7. as required.veggies for the soup Carrot, Beans, Peas Onion
  8. as required . Garlic Ginger Salt
  9. as required olive oil(few drops)
  10. as requiredVeggies all few nos your wish(include potato and cauliflower)
  11. 250grams.for bhindi fry
  12. 3 teaspoon.oil ,
  13. 1/2 teaspoon haldi powder,
  14. 1/2 teaspoon jeera powder
  15. 1/2 teaspoon .chilli powder
  16. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  17. 350grams.For Brinjal subji Brinjal (small one)
  18. 1/4 teaspoon , curry masala
  19. 10 teaspoon, haldi
  20. as per tasteSalt
  21. 1 teaspoon for tampering blac rai, urad dal, chana
  22. as reqiued Dal hing few drops, falls few. (For bot veggies),

Cooking Instructions

    Step1.pre pare your multi grain dough for roti. With help of hot water, salt and oil fee drops please make a soft dough and rest for 30minutes. After take a roti tawa heat it and prepare rotti with help of soft cloth let them roarate in a clock wise if you need pour some oil and cook it nicely. Keep it in a vessel.

    Step 2.bindi subji :Take a kadai pour some oil for tampering and pour, black rai, jeera, urad dal, chana dal, hing after golden colour fry onion(one cut in to small pieces) fry it nicely add one potato into small pieces) and finally add bindi add haldi, salt, chilli powder, jeera powder, dhania powder fry it in a golden brown. Keep it ina vessel.

    Step 3;Brinjal Ennai (oil) subji take a kadai pour some refined oil add stuffed small brinjal and add tampering of black rai, urad dal, chana dal, hing let them fry in a low heat and cover it in a lid for some time and rotate it after some time. For brinjal curry masala
    Take a kadai fry badam 3teaspoon, dhania gotta 3tsp, chana dal 3teaspoon, white til 2teaspoon, red chilli 4nos, urad dal 2teaspoon, hing few drops, dry roast it add salt, jaggery few pieces, take mixie grinder grind it

    Smoothly. When the masala is ready take a small brinjal cut half though in the upper position and bottom position half way so that you can fix the curry masala inside
    And ready to fry your brinjal ennai curry..

    6.Ragi soup noodles:first you open the ready made pack of ragi noodles in a hot water drian the water and don't through it away.. Take the water and boil carrot, peas, beans, cauliflower, potato, tomatto and cut your ginger and garllic into pieces and grind and add to boiling veggies water for more then 12mintunes add the tomatoes puree if you need and add the boil ragi noodle and boil fir some and then add your noodles masala and finaly salt and pepper and butter. Butter is your choice or add

    Cream also.. Decorate with coriander or cereal leaves... Your healthy soup is ready..
