  1. 50 gmsMakke ka aata
  2. 50 gmsWhole wheat flour / Gehun ka aata
  3. 50 gmsMillet flour / Bajre ka aata
  4. 50 gmsSoyabean flour
  5. 50 gramsSorghum flour/Jowar ka aata
  6. 50 gmsRice flour/ Chawal ka aata
  7. 2Crushed Green Chillies
  8. 1 teaspoonsauf
  9. 1 teaspooncumin seeds
  10. 1 teaspoonajwain
  11. 1 teaspooncoriander seeds
  12. 1 pinchasafoetida
  13. 1 teaspoonred chilli powder
  14. 1 teaspoonturmeric powder
  15. 1/2 teaspoonblack pepper powder
  16. as per tasteSalt
  17. 2 glassesWater for kneading dough
  18. 1 CupGhee/Oil for dough as well as for cooking parathas

Cooking Instructions

    Add all the flours (wheat, millet, sorghum, rice, corn, and soybean) into the platter or bowl.

    Mix all the flours and add all the above-mentioned spices, crushed green chilies, and salt into the bowl or platter of flours.

    Add oil and needed water and make a soft dough.

  4. 4

    Roll missi rotis out of the dough.

  5. 5

    Cook the roti with oil/ ghee or butter from both sides until golden brown.

  6. 6

    Serve hot the missi rotis with your favorite vegetables, baingan bharta, chutney, ketchup, or anything you want.

    Serve and Enjoy.
