Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsall purpose flour
  2. 100 gmcurd
  3. 1/2 Cupwarm milk
  4. 1 Tspinstant activated yeast
  5. 1 tspbaking powder
  6. 1/2 tspbaking soda
  7. 1 tspsalt
  8. 2 tspsugar
  9. 2 tbspwarm water

Cooking Instructions

    In a small bowl, take warm water, 1 tsp sugar and yeast and mix and keep aside.

    In a big bowl, take all other ingredients except milk. Mix well

    Add milk gradually to knead the dough soft.

  4. 4

    Keep it for proper proofing for 2 hours in a greased bowl covering with wet cloth.

    After 2 hours it will double in size

    Take the loaf pan or mould you want to bake the bread in. And grease it

  7. 7

    Take the dough on clean platform, sprinkle some flour on it, knead through pull stretch method for 15 minutes.

    Give the shape of mould and grease the dough too and put it in the mould.

    Keep for another proofing for 1 hour.

    After an hour bake the bread on gas in preheated cooker without whistle and gasket for 30 minutes.

    Check the bread done with toothpick
