Ingredients

  1. sauce
  2. 1/4 cupolive oil, extra virgin
  3. 2 tbspminced garlic
  4. 1 tbspagave nectar
  5. 1 canchipotles in adobo sauce
  6. 1 canfire roasted tomatoes
  7. 1 tspsoy sauce
  8. 1/4 cupdry white wine
  9. 1 tspground cumin
  10. dish
  11. 2 tbspolive oil
  12. 1large chopped onion
  13. 2colored bell peppers, chopped
  14. 1 lbmushroom, sliced
  15. 2 lbshrimp
  16. 1/2 bunchcilantro

Cooking Instructions

    Liquify sauce ingredients in a blender.

    Bring the sauce to a boil in a small pot and reduce heat.

  3. 3

    In a large pan bring oil to medium high and add chopped onions.

  4. 4

    Once onions are soft, add the peppers and mushrooms.

  5. 5

    After the peppers are 2/3 cooked, add the sauce, shrimp and cilantro.

  6. 6

    Cook until the shrimp are just done.
