In a blender, combine the ketchup, adobo sauce from the chipotle peppers, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and the 4 garlic cloves. Blend until smooth.

Melt half a stick of butter and pour in the blended sauce. Once it comes to a boil, add the cleaned shrimp with shells on. Let them cook for a few seconds until they turn pink, then turn off the heat and cover.

Serve with your favorite sides, such as rice, salad, or bread—whatever you like!
