Ingredients

  1. 1.1/2 cupWhole wheat flour
  2. 1/4 cupRefund flour
  3. 3/4 cupGrind sugar
  4. 1 cupGhee
  5. 1 tbspBaking powder
  6. 1/4 tspBaking soda
  7. 1/4 tspCardamom powder
  8. 1 pinchSalt
  9. 1/2 cupChopped dates
  10. 1 tbspMilk

Cooking Instructions

    Take a bowl put on it ghee and sugar.beat (mix) until it becomes fluffy.

    Now add all the thing slowly,mix well and make soft and smooth dough.

    Divide it into equal proportions.shape it.

    Bake the cookies in preheated oven at 180*temp. For 25-30 min.

    In another way u take a pressure cooker put 1cup of salt in the bottom close it for 10 min without using whistle and gasket,place a stand on it then place cookies on greased Idli stand and cook for 20_25min
