Ingredients

  1. 250 gmpaneer
  2. 2onions
  3. 3tomatoes
  4. 2green chill
  5. 4-5garlic cloves
  6. 1"ginger piece
  7. 1 tspturmeric powder
  8. 1 tspred chilli powder
  9. 1 tspgaram masala
  10. 1 tspcoriander powder
  11. To tastesalt
  12. as neededOil

Cooking Instructions

    Add tomato, onion, ginger, garlic and green chilli in a pan add 1 glass water and boiled it

  2. 2

    Keep aside, when it cool add in a grinder and grind it, make a paste

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a wok, add this paste and saute it.

  4. 4

    Now add spices and saute till leave the oil.

  5. 5

    Add enough water and boiled it.

  6. 6

    Add paneer and cook on low flame for 5-6 minutes.
