Ingredients

  1. 3bel fruit
  2. 3-3.5 cupschilled water
  3. 12 tbspjaggery
  4. 1/3 tspCardamom powder
  5. 1/3 tspcumin powder
  6. 2 pinchesblack salt

Cooking Instructions

    Take bel fruits heat all around

    Open the shell and obtain the pulp

  3. 3

    Scoop out the soft pulp

  4. 4

    Add 1 cup water

  5. 5

    Soak mixture for 20 minutes

  6. 6

    After 20 minutes mash the pulp well

  7. 7

    With a strainer strain the mashed mixture.add more water

  8. 8

    Stir well with a spoon

  9. 9

    Add Jaggery to it

  10. 10

    Add roasted cumin powder Cardamom powder black salt

  11. 11

    Mix very well

  12. 12

    Pour in glasses serve bel sharbat.can add water for making it thin.
