  1. 1 bowlChopped water melon -
  2. 1 tbspChopped onion -
  3. 1Chopped capsicum - 2 tbsp cut in cubed
  4. 1Chopped cucumber - 2 tbsp cut in cubed
  5. 1/4 tspChopped green chilli -
  6. 1/2 tspChilli flakes
  7. 1/2 tspBlack salt
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. 2 tbspLemon juice
  10. 1 tspParsley
  11. 1 tspChopped coriander leaves

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Take a large bowl add water melon,cucumber,capsicum,onion,green chilli,parsley and coriander leaves and mix well.

    Sprinkle black salt,salt,chilli flakes,and mix well.

  3. 3

    Pour lemon juice and mix well.

  4. 4

    Serve with nachos.
