I love taco rice with salsa, so I made some at home.

If you don't like green peppers, you can omit them. If you use only 1 teaspoon of Tabasco, kids can probably still eat it too.

Ingredients

  1. 1 canCanned diced tomatoes
  2. 1/3Onion
  3. 10 gramsItalian parsley
  4. 1 cloveGarlic
  5. 1~1/2 Green pepper
  6. 1 tbspVinegar
  7. 3 tspTabasco sauce
  8. 1 tbspLemon juice
  9. 1 tbspOil
  10. 1/2to 1 teaspoon Salt
  11. 1/4 tspPepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Mince the onion, green pepper and parsley. Grate the garlic. Sprinkle salt on the onions and green peppers and let sit for 15 minutes.
