Thai lettuce wraps with ground pork Thai lettuce wraps with ground pork
I found this recipe on YouTube and tweaked it a bit. You can use whatever ground meat you choose; the pork came out great. I used less bamboo shoots than the recipe calls for, but that's my preference. shara1733 -

The more textures, colors, and temperatures there are in a dish the more I like it. And this one did it for me. Yum!! Had some tiny roasted potatoes on the side but it would have been satisfying by itself! PlainAddieJane -

Udon with lettuce wrap pork Udon with lettuce wrap pork
Lettuce wraps are pretty terrific, but not very filling on their own. To make them main dish worthy, I ditched the leafy greens and tossed the filling with udon noodles instead. A little extra sauce helped bring the whole thing together. Sweet, savoury, satisfying, and totally delicious. Robert Gonzal -

Eggplant and Pork Wraps Eggplant and Pork Wraps
I came up with this easy side dish recipe using things I already had in the refrigerator that still didn't look like I was cutting corners.- Adjust the heating time depending on your microwave.- This tasty when cooked until crispy. Cook to your desired texture. For a crispy finish, wipe the oil that comes out of the pork as you cook it. Recipe by Mokobu- mama cookpad.japan
