Thai lettuce wraps with ground pork

I found this recipe on YouTube and tweaked it a bit. You can use whatever ground meat you choose; the pork came out great. I used less bamboo shoots than the recipe calls for, but that's my preference.

Chinese-style Ground Meat Lettuce Wrap Chinese-style Ground Meat Lettuce Wrap
I had a dish like this at a restaurant. I couldn't forget the taste and developed this recipe through trial and error.Only spoon a little bit of the meat mixture to the lettuce leaves to make them easy to wrap. If you thicken the mixture well with the potato starch, it should hold together. If you season the meat, it will go very well with the lettuce. Recipe by Pukuttopukumaru cookpad.japan -

Udon with lettuce wrap pork Udon with lettuce wrap pork
Lettuce wraps are pretty terrific, but not very filling on their own. To make them main dish worthy, I ditched the leafy greens and tossed the filling with udon noodles instead. A little extra sauce helped bring the whole thing together. Sweet, savoury, satisfying, and totally delicious. Robert Gonzal -

I received lots of pork as a gift.If you wrap the meat up this way, it's much faster than making individual wraps and it actually looks nicer too. The flour that's sifted on secures the meat wrap and keeps it from unraveling. For 2 servings. Recipe by Blue-Island cookpad.japan -
