Paneer matar tikki is a healthier version & a great alternative to your favourite aloo tikki.
In this yummy tikki recipe, paneer is stuffed with a mixture of green peas & flavorful Indian spices.
Cooking Instructions

Heat ghee in a pan add cumin seeds, ginger, green chillies, asafetida, green peas and mix well.

Add rest of the ingredients for stuffing and cook on a medium flame for 5 minutes.
Remove from flame and keep aside. - 3
Mix all the ingredients for the covering except flour and flakes and knead.
Pinch small balls of the dough and shape them into thin base. - 4
Add mixture in between and roll into a tikki shape.
Dip the tikkis in the flour slurry then roll in the flakes. - 5
Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the tikkis till golden brown on both the sides.
