Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlboiled rajma
  2. 1 pieceOnion paste
  3. 1 pieceTomato paste
  4. 1 tbspGinger and garlic paste
  5. 2 tspCoriander leaves
  6. 1 tspjeera
  7. as needed oil
  8. 1 tspdry coriander
  9. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  10. 1/2 tsp turmeric
  11. gram msala according to taste
  12. to tasteSalt
  13. as neededoil
  14. For rice:
  15. 1 glassrice
  16. 1 tbspJeera
  17. to tasteSalt,

Cooking Instructions

    WasHot oil in a pan & Saute

    Jeera & Dry corriender

  3. 3

    Now put garlic & ginger paste & saute it.

  4. 4

    After this saute onion & tomato paste & Saute it for 7- 8 minutes.

    Put turmeric, salt, red chilli powder, gram masala& saute it for five min.

    Now put boiled rajma and heat it for 5 min.till oil shows.

    After this put water for greavy

    Boil it for 5_7 min.

    Now decorate with corriender leaves, rajma is ready.

    Rice: put oil in cooker & saute jeera.

    Wash rice & put in it

    Mix salt according to taste& put 2 glass of water

  13. 13

    Close lid & flame it till one whistle.

    After 5 min. Open cooker & rice is ready.
