Put the cooked rice, yogurt, semolina, salt in a mixer grinder and grind into a paste.

Add chopped onion, curry leaves, coriander leaves, pepper and mix everything together.

Keep a deep pan and pour enough oil, take lemon size ball, flatten slightly and make a hole in finger and add it in the oil.

Turn and cook both sides until golden brown in medium flame.

Serve this easy made crispy vada with coconut chutney or sambar
