Cooking Instructions

Pick and wash the beans and cook for about 15 minutes. Remove from heat and wash the beans with clean water. Transfer to a pressure pot and put enough water to cover the beans.

Cook beans till soft then transfer to a pot, Add a pinch of salt and 1 seasoning cube. Allow to simmer for 10 mins then set off the heat.

Cut yam into cubes, wash and put into a clean pot. Add a teaspoon of salt and enough water to cover the yams. Cook till soft then drain out the water.

Serve the soft beans with the cooked yam and my designer stew from previous recipe.
