This is my family's favourite evening snack recipe during winter and moonson time.
Cooking Instructions

Soak urud dhal for 2 hours. Grind without water.Add all the above ingridents to the mix. I havent added leaves coz my son is not a fan of it. Mix well

In a kadai add oil and once it's heated start preparing these vadas. Cook till it turn golden brown and serve hot with white or green or red chutney.

Note: I made this less spicy version coz this was prepared for my son. One can change the measurements of the spice according to their taste buds.
