Ingredients

4 cupschicken broth remove all grease
2 cupsrich sweet milk scald
to tasteSalt
1 cupgreen asparagus tips cut in very small pieces
Celery salt
1 tablespoonflour stirred into little milk
1 tablespoonbutter
1 tablespooncelery hearts
Add little whipped cream when serving paprika

Cook asparagus till tender remove tips from water

Cook celery in asparagus water

Add well blended flour and butter to hot broth that has been mixed with the milk

Add cook asparagus tips serve very hot with paprika

Top with whipped cream.
