Ingredients

  1. 250 gmPaneer cut in cubes
  2. 1 cupGreen peas
  3. 2tbspRefine oil
  4. 1large size onion finely chopped
  5. 2tomato
  6. 2 teaspoonginger garlic paste
  7. 2 teaspooncoriander powder
  8. 1 teaspoonturmeric powder
  9. 2 teaspooncumin powder
  10. 1 teaspoonred chilli powder
  11. 1 teaspoonKashmiri chilli powder
  12. 1 teaspoongaram masala powder
  13. 5green chilli chopped
  14. 1 teaspooncumin seeds
  15. 1dry red chilli
  16. Salt as per taste
  17. As needed Coriander leaves chopped

Cooking Instructions

    Make a smooth paste of tomato with all masala powder in grinder.

    Heat a pan add oil. Add cumin seeds and dry red chilli. After 1 min add chopped onion and cook till golden brown.

    Now add ginger garlic paste cook for 5 mins. Add the smooth paste of tomato along with the masala powder, green chilli, green peas and paneer cook for 10 mins.

    When oil separated from the masala add 1 cup of water. After 5-7 mins add chopped coriander leaves and matar paneer is ready to eat.
