Ingredients

  • 3 cupsrice flour
  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour (maida)
  • 1/2 cupwhole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cuphomemade butter
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2 tbspcumin seeds
  • 2 tbspwhite sesame seeds
  • 1/2 tbsp carom seeds
  • 1/2 tbsp black pepper powder
  • 2 cupswater for making
  • as requiredOil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the spices and butter in all the seeds with flour.

  2. 2

    Make a medium soft dough using water

  3. 3

    Make Chakri and deep fry them on medium flame until become golden brown
