Ingredients

  1. 3milk cups leaves afang (blend)
  2. 2 bunchleaves water
  3. salt
  4. palm oil
  5. seasoning
  6. dry fish
  7. beef
  8. crayfish
  9. dry pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Season and boil the meat and dryfish with salt and seasoning cubes of your choice

    Allow the stock to dry up

    Then add the crayfish and pepper

  4. 4

    Add the blended arrange leave and stir well

  5. 5

    Add the palm oil and then add the waterleaves

  6. 6

    Stir well and mix

  7. 7

    Cook for 8-10 minutes and enjoy with swallow of choice
