Cooking Instructions

Heat the pan adding with milk and milk powder. Boil and stir

At that time put saffron strings in the cup of cool milk and set aside near to the cooking side.

After boiling the milk, add the saffron milk to the boiled milk

Stirring continuously, when the milk becomes one fourth of the total quantity add the grated dry fruits,. keep stirring and turn of the gas.

Now after an hour put the milk in the refrigerator for two hours.

After two hours put the bread slices in the bowl and pour the rasmalai on the bread slices and spread the remaining dry fruits on it.

Delicious rasmalai is ready.____
