Cooking Instructions
- 1
In a heavy bottom pan take 1.5 cups of milk and let it cook for few mins till it's half the quantity.
- 2
Add sugar (as per your taste as white chocolate is also sweet) and let it cook for 2-3 minutes.
- 3
Next add kesar milk along with chopped mixed nuts, stir well and let it cook for another minute.
- 4
Once done switch off the flame and let the rabdi cool down.
- 5
The rabdi should be thick as it will be added as a filling in the chocolate bars.
- 6
On the other hand melt 250 grams of white chocolate in microwave for 30 seconds.
- 7
Stir well and microwave for another 30 seconds till the chocolate is smooth and melted nicely.
- 8
Now for the moulding part: Clean your chocolate moulds with a help of clean and dry cotton.
- 9
Pour a thin layer of melted white chocolate in the chocolate bar moulds, cover the sides as well and turn & remove excess of the chocolate.
- 10
Keep the chocolate mould in fridge for 5 minutes so the outer layer sets nicely.
- 11
Now add the prepared rabdi in a piping bag so it's easy to fill the rabdi in the moulds.
- 12
Fill the moulds till half with rabdi.
- 13
Now pour the melted white chocolate from top till the size of the mould.
- 14
Garnish with some chopped mixed nuts and rose petals.
